> Supplier qualification index (IQF) for the previous year;
> Price;
> Technical quality and/or compliance with legal requirements;
> Delivery time;
> Commercial relations, partnerships or strategic interest.
> Compliance with contracted services;
> Adequacy of the price for the service provided;
> Availability shown by the supplier;
> Compliance with deadlines;
> Technical competence of employees;
> Complaints.
